Bedtime Hypnosis for Children
Hypnotic journeys can be a powerful tool for parents to help kids self-regulate, feel loved and seen, and work through some behavioral issues. These journeys read instead of bedtime stories can also help parents learn to express their love through words—a skill many of us were never taught.
You can have me make a hypnotic journey for a child as young as one year old. You will then read it out loud to your child before bed or record your voice and turn on the audio for them. Depending on your child's age, I create scripts that vary in length and content to suit their needs.

Self-Hypnosis
What Is Self-Hypnosis?
To me, self-hypnosis is a way to rewire your thinking, beliefs, and attitudes by working directly with your subconscious. It can even help you find answers to certain questions within yourself.
In practice, it involves listening to an audio journey read in a soothing, hypnotic voice. You can record this audio yourself or use one made by a trained hypnosis practitioner.
I’ve personally used hypnosis to connect with my inner child, improve my relationship with the masculine, and even heal back pain rooted in feelings of insecurity.
As a certified hypnosis practitioner, I also create hypnosis scripts for those who want to address emotional challenges for themselves or their children.

Free Pre-Made Hypnotic Scripts
Here’s a collection of tried and true self-hypnosis scripts I’ve used for myself. They are designed around different topics to create change in areas like relationships and self-care.
You can use them by reading aloud and recording your voice (your phone’s voice recorder is great for that).
Just speak slowly and calmly to help yourself relax and stay focused.
